CRUSADE
1.15: End of the Line

The Plot:
Gideon and Galen infiltrate a secret Earth outpost and discover, to their horror, just who is connected to the Shadow Hybrid program. Gideon escapes from an impossible situation and returns to the EA to spill the beans, only to be struck down before he can divulge his information.
Evaluation:
The big first-season cliffhanger! The "Chrysalis" for CRUSADE! If only this one could have been filmed and aired!
We now know that there is much more to CRUSADE than just finding a cure to the plague. This is all about the Technomages, and Shadow technology, and who should have access to it and who should not. Even the threat of the Drakh recedes for a time; this is "our guys" vs. the mean ol' Earth Gov, and we know it all too well.
Memorable scene:
All the scenes at the outpost are gripping. I would have loved to have seen Gary Cole perform these. And the final scenes, with an assassination attempt on Gideon--and we may never know what really happened! Get this show back on the air, someone!
