Year Three: 2270: Episode 2
The Liberation of Centauri Prime

302: The Liberation of Centauri Prime

*  The title of this episode is a riff on the fifth season Babylon 5 episode, "The Fall of Centauri Prime."  Though the ending isn't much happier.

*  Much of the story is also an alternate-universe playing out of some of the events from the third of Peter David's "Legions of Fire" novels.  Of course, in the DarkCrusade universe, driving the Drakh from Centauri Prime is only the beginning of the war (or rather, the middle), not the end.

*  "Avelar?"  Stay tuned.

*  Gideon acquired the Centauri defense codes from the Apocalypse Box in episode 205:  Rage for Revenge.

*  One might well assume that at least some of the Centauri ships were being controlled by the Drakh Shadowtech, as seen in season 5 of Babylon 5.

*  The fusion bombs were planted by the Drakh in season 5 of Babylon 5, and mentioned by Shiv'kala to Londo in "The Fall of Centauri Prime."

*  "Division Four?"  It makes sense that Neroon would have broken the White Star fleet (or what he controls of it) down into separate units, though I don't believe such distinctions were ever given on the shows.

*  You didn't really think I'd do an entire alternate-universe Crusade story without having the Drakh plague show up some time, somewhere, did you?
