* "Lines of Communication," from season 4 of B5, makes it clear that the Religious caste could have won the civil war, if they had been willing to work with certain other forces...
* The title of this chapter, "Each Night I Dream of Home," here refers in part to Gideon's obssession with the fate that befell Earth, and his own perceived role in that disaster.
* Poor Marcus. He never had the chance to prove his love to Ivanova, in this universe, and someone else seems to have come along now...
* Remember how TNT described the Crusade cast as "Renegade Rangers," and how that made no sense at all? Well, now we actually do have "renegade Rangers" in the story, and they are indeed the good guys. One of the best things about writing this whole story has been the way in which, by following the various plot and subplot threads out to their logical conclusions, so many things like that somehow fell perfectly into place...
* I couldn't resist the idea of having the Drakh that lurks among the Minbari Grey Council be a "councillor" himself-- Councillor La'Shan, from the Crusade episode "War Zone."
* Samuel Drake appeared in "A Call to Arms."
