A Personal Top 100 Comics of All Time

In response to Comics Journal (?)'s list, currently making the rounds on the internet, this is my own "Top 100 Comics of All Time." It's my list, so make of it what you will. And please don't pity me or tell me how sad things have become. This is my list, the comics I hold closest to my heart, the ones that formed and shaped the person I am today, starting on a fateful evening in 1977 when I read my first superhero comic.
To save time and make things slightly easier, I've cheated a bit and considered several multi-issue storylines as a set, without ranking individual issues. For a couple of special "sets," though, I went ahead and ranked them. Some of them, I'm not sure of the exact numbers.
This is all off the top of my head, so I'm sure I'm omitting something really important. And, of course, I still haven't read GS Avengers #2 or the Celestial Madonna story.
